We support and run a wide range of groups and activities for people of all ages and lots of different interests.
We run several community nurseries across Huddersfield providing quality early years and family support services for children and families
We provide a range of support and help across our community to help people out when they need it and support them to thrive
We manage and support a number of community buildings and venues in the communities we work in. These include different spaces for groups, activities, events and much more.

Deighton Carnival Workshops
Over the past few weeks, we’ve had the most wonderful time at our Deighton Carnival workshops, bringing parents and children together to get creative and prepare for the big celebration on Saturday 27th June!
May Half-Term Summer Family Crafts at the Chestnut Centre
Includes free refreshment! Join us for a fun, creative family session where you and your children can explore, experiment, and make colourful Kites for summer fun. Bring your ideas — leave with a masterpiece you built together. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Youth Hub Sessions at Northfield Hall
Come through to our weekly youth sessions – a safe, creative, and relaxed space for teenagers to hang out, try new things, chat, and ‘just be real. Whether you’re into music, games, art, or just need a -break-this is your time.
Introduction to Inclusive cycling
These free workshops are open to volunteers and staff from West Yorkshire organisations to
help build confidence when running inclusive cycling sessions, try-out a range of cycles and
network and share ideas with other organisations and groups.
Deighton Heritage – A Carnival Legacy
A Huddersfield-based social enterprise, Local Services 2 You, has been awarded funding from The National Lottery Heritage Fund to deliver an exciting new project celebrating the history and heritage of the Deighton Carnival.
