This room is a fun, and exciting sociable place where your child will have the space to become more confident and develop their independence.
The children are encouraged to investigate and experiment with new materials, messy play, sounds and movement both indoors and out.
The activities and equipment are chosen to stimulate curiosity and develop language skills as well as supporting social skills and physical development. There are well equipped areas for all activities ranging from painting and water play to role play and reading as well as quiet areas where your child can rest or sleep.
Please could parents bring a small bag with your child’s spare clothes and belongings in to put on their peg.

📚 Training Day Reminder! 💜A little reminder that all three of our nurseries will be closed for a staff training day. This gives our amazing team the opportunity to get fully up to date and prepared for the new term. ✨We can’t wait to welcome all of our nursery children back on Wednesday 3rd September and start another exciting term together! 🥰💜
LS2Y Holiday Club Annual Beach Trip 🌊☀️What an absolutely brilliant day we had on the LS2Y Holiday Club Annual Beach Trip! 🏖️Our four holiday clubs — Chestnut, Comm House, Focal and Aspire — all came together for a fantastic day out exploring Lytham St Annes.The children had so much fun making the most of the sunshine, playing on the beach, paddling and enjoying the sea, before tucking into some well-deserved chips and ice creams! 🍦🍟 We also had a brilliant time heading into the arcades, where the children enjoyed playing the games and having lots of laughs together.One of the best parts of the day was seeing all four holiday clubs come together. It was such a lovely opportunity for the children to make new friendships, spend time with new people and create memories together. There was so much laughter, excitement and teamwork throughout the day, and the children were fantastic from start to finish.It was a day filled with fun, friendship, adventure and lots of happy memories — one we’re sure the children will be talking about for a long time! 💙🌊A huge well done to all of our children and staff for making the LS2Y Annual Beach Trip such a special and enjoyable day! 🏖️✨
